Navajas
"Navajas" are what we know as Razor Shells or Razor Clams, also Razor Fish, those long, knife-shaped sea shells:

In Spain, Navajas are often prepared "a la plancha": Fried in a thin layer of oil in a skillet, grillplate or skottelbraai, with some salt and pepper, until they are just done. With some lemon or lime, of course.
